Billy Ross, Realtor

For independent real estate broker Billy Ross, we created a new brand identity, branding style guide, and marketing materials for his new approach to develop leads and real estate sales in Southern California. More work is in progress.

Billy Ross, Realtor is a full-service client where we provide in-house level marketing and communications for his brand and agency. Upon launch of the brand’s website and understanding Billy’s goals, we created advertising, public relations, SEO, SEM, and marketing strategies to build awareness with his target audience.
Behind his passionate for real estate is a real love for connecting clients to the right home, the right way. He created a special event to reach potential new homebuyers in Southern California that reflected his goals to help people avoid common pitfalls and empower them with basic knowledge of the home buying process.

SixFifty built the branding and web design for the special event, and also created the press release behind the event for organic SEO purposes. This submission to digital news media outlets led to Billy’s feature in an NPR series exploring the racial and socioeconomic impacts behind homeownership in Southern California and Billy was able to tell more of his brand’s story.

1. Brand Identity

SixFifty designed a unique brand identity system including logo mark, colors, typography.

2. Web Design

Launched new web design and implemented marketing funnel technology for new generating new leads. 

3. Event & Content Marketing for SEO

Designed branding and promotions for the brand’s signature events, and creating SEO for marketing and awareness. 

4. Creative Direction & Photography

Provided creative direction for official brand photography and photography for brand activations. 

5.  Media Buying & Advertising

Executed full advertising creative and media buying for radio and digital marketing.
