West Oakland Cultural Action Network
West Oakland Cultural Action Network (WOCAN) is a community-based organization that hosts educational tours of the historical neighborhoods of West Oakland, California.
For this organization, they needed help moving from a custom platform to two new separate platforms. Their needs evolved to require to a website for their organization that was separate from their neighborhood walking tour program. SixFifty was able to project manage the organization and their members through decision-making on their platforms, present technical solutions for the design on each website, and successfully launch their websites with new features including:

- Email Newsletter Sign Ups
- Self-Guided Walking Tour Program
- Merch Store

Building out owned resources for better use to reach goals and expand services including a self-guided tour feature.
As a result of their redesign, they have since been able to collect thousands in donations to their website, integrate additional marketing solutions, and expand their programming capability.
